  • A welcoming environment for students that allows coaches to learn about a student's life, interests, family, and faith and to invite them to youth group where they can engage with the message of the Gospel.

  • To effectively share the truth of the Gospel with seeking and non-believing students through trusting relationships.

  • To build trusting relationships with students, clearly communicate the Gospel, and help them consider how God is calling them to respond.

  • 3 seasons a year of study that guide students to live out their faith daily.

  • To guide new believers toward maturity in Christ by sharing foundational Biblical truths through trusting relationships.

  • Seasonal small groups that guide students toward maturity in Christ by equipping them to articulate their faith to others, challenging them to share their faith with others, and applying Biblical truth to their everyday lives.
